Spin Classes
Our spin classes have started now the cold wet weather has started to set in......
The classes are run on a wednesday night from 6.00pm - 7.00 p.m. at the Avanti plus store on the corner of Cameron and Walton Street.
Bring along your bike, trainer, towel, water and your “spinning legs”.
