“Race Your Mates”
In conjunction with” Bike Wise” Month.....The Marsden Wheelers have a four week Race series running, starting Saturday Feb 5th.

RACE YOUR MATES
CYCLE TEAMS are to consist of 3 to 6 riders
During the week select your team mates and arrive on race day all sorted.
Each team is to ride together in a tight bunch--each lap as they cross the start/finish lines they will be given time penalties of 1 min if they are more than 2 m from the wheel in front of them.
After 4 laps each rider is to race against their mates to the finish..
Short course is 2 laps and then the third lap u race your mates.
If you do not have a team on the day we will sort one out for you so don’t worry.
Teams will be set off at 1min intervals
To get the individual times each rider is to wear the number provided on the back of your shirt.
In order to encourage a ladies/girls team to paticipate they will have 10 mins taken off their team time for just turning up.
